Republic Day, a momentous occasion in the history of India, is celebrated with great zeal and patriotic fervor in Gateway International School. The school campus transforms into a kaleidoscope of colors as students, teachers, and sta come together to commemorate the 75th Republic day when the Constitution of India came into e ect.

Col. Virender Singh, Sena Medal was the chief guest and Rtd Sq Ldr Birender Sing was invited as a special guest of honour. The day began with the unfurling of the national flag by the distinguished guests, accompanied by the soul-stirring rendition of the national anthem. The tricolor waves proudly, symbolizing the unity, diversity, and sovereignty of the nation. This momentous ceremony instills a deep sense of pride and patriotism in the hearts of the school community.
Cultural programs took center stage, featuring patriotic songs and dances that portrayed the rich history and cultural diversity of India. Students, dressed in the tricolor, showcased their talents, paying homage to the heroes who sacrificed for the country's freedom. The thought provoking speech of Col. Virender Singh filled audience with the spirit of patriotism. Mr. Rahul Mangla, Executive Director of Gateway International School made students remember the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Students of GIET and Architecture College also took part in those events and awestruck the audience with their beautiful performances. A beautiful morning resonating with spiritual fervour was organised on 22nd January’24 in the Ekam Hall. Students and staff members recited the Sunderkand in uniformity and rhythm to celebrate the Pran Prathistha of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya and to bring home to the children the message of Lord Hanuman-When a soul is on a good mission, God gives it strength to overcome all the obstacles. All the GIS students and staff enchanted and displayed utmost sincerity and reverence in their recitation of the Sunderkand, which is a treasure of human values and principles.

Pran Pratishtha, a sacred ritual in Hinduism, marks the consecration and invocation of divine energy into idols or deities. In Gateway International School, the celebration of Pran Pratishtha took place as a spiritually enriching event that combines religious fervor with educational significance. The school community gathered with reverence and anticipation . Students, teachers, and staff join hands in a collective effort to imbue the idol with spiritual energy through Vedic chants, prayers, and rituals. Our Principal Sir played a pivotal role in guiding students through the significance of Pran Pratishtha, explaining the cultural and religious aspects of the ceremony. This educational component adds depth to the celebration, offering students a profound understanding of the traditions and customs associated with the ritual.

The event served as an educational platform as well, with teachers guiding students through the significance of Sunderkand, its relevance in Hindu mythology, and the moral lessons it imparts.
